Using this website

This website is provided for information about our programmes. Enrolment, payment, and course delivery take place through our separate learning platform (learn.mathlinksacademy.co.uk).

Programme enrolment

Each programme may be offered across multiple scheduled batches, each with its own dates, delivery mode and seat capacity. Available schedules, pricing and any discounts are shown to you at the point of enrolment.

Payment

Fees are shown in GBP at the point of enrolment. Some programmes may offer instalment/payment plans instead of a single upfront payment; where offered, the schedule of instalments will be shown before you confirm enrolment.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel an enrolment, any refund due is calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting sessions already delivered, using the pricing and refund policy that applied at the time of your purchase. The exact refund basis and any cancellation fee for a given programme will be set out for you at the point of enrolment, and will not be changed retroactively by a later policy update.

Conduct

We ask all students, parents/guardians and tutors to treat each other with respect. We may suspend or end a student's place on a programme in cases of serious misconduct.

Intellectual property

The MathLinks Method, our course materials, and our branding remain the property of MathLinks Tech Limited and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Liability

We provide our programmes with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our programmes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
